About me
Get to know Solthodox, a Solidity / EVM engineer and full stack Web3 developer from Spain.

Smart contract engineer, security researcher / auditor, and full stack Web3 developer focused on designing, building, and securing DeFi protocols and on-chain financial infrastructure.
My experience spans DEX infrastructure, yield vaults, stablecoin systems, liquidity protocols, Web3 backends, and smart contract security research. I have worked on production DeFi systems handling millions in TVL across teams including Keyrock, Mangrove DEX, Veris Labs, and Thesis Defense.
Focus
- Solidity & EVM architecture: Designing production smart contract systems with strong attention to protocol invariants, gas efficiency, and long-term maintainability.
- DeFi protocol engineering: Building AMMs, vaults, staking systems, liquidity infrastructure, and on-chain financial mechanisms.
- Smart contract security: Reviewing Solidity systems through manual analysis, fuzzing, invariant testing, static analysis, and adversarial protocol reasoning.
- Protocol security design: Designing end-to-end security architectures for production protocols — security specifications, threat modeling, role hierarchies, timelocked operations, and risk controls. I designed the full security architecture of the KAM protocol at Keyrock.
- Full stack Web3 & backend: Building TypeScript/Node.js backends with DDD architecture, indexers, monitoring services, scripting, and protocol automation around smart contracts.
- MEV: Transaction ordering, frontrunning & sandwich protection, mempool monitoring, and atomic execution.
- On-chain finance: Applying market structure, risk management, and financial mechanism design to secure, capital-efficient DeFi systems.
Stack
- Solidity, EVM, Ethereum, Yul/Assembly
- Rust, TypeScript, Go, Node.js
- Foundry, Hardhat, Soldeer, Slither, Ethers.js
- React, Next.js, Wrangler / Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, Google Cloud, MySQL, gRPC
- ERC-20, ERC-4626, upgradeable contracts
- AMMs, DEXs, vaults, staking, yield strategies, liquidity protocols
Alongside engineering, I actively research Ethereum security, protocol mechanisms, and DeFi market structure, with strong interest in building secure, capital-efficient, and scalable on-chain systems.
